Cannot create Trello card from Freehand

According to the Freehand docs, I should be able to create a Trello card from a Freehand sticky note or card. The docs indicate that I should see a "Convert Trello card" in a context menu above the card/sticky note upon clicking it, but I don't see that option. In fact, I don't see any UI to create a card from Freehand.

I've authorized the Trello integration in Freehand, so I would expect this to work. What am I doing wrong?
