Top of the screen not viewable in Comment Mode on a mobile project

I cannot view the top 40 pixels of my design in Comment mode. I can see it in all other modes. This makes it impossible to comment on items that might be in the top section of the design. This causes a lot of unnecessary friction between the team and the client. Clients are missing the ability to add feedback on designs and copy.

I tried multiple settings in the Global Appearance section and it still is cut off or is not viewable.

Is the only fix to move the creative down below 40 pixels?

  We had an issue with our top nav in a project and our client could not comment on it! This needs a quick fix!
