ipad issue constant reloading

This has been an issue for awhile now on the app on an ipad. Freehands just frequently and for no apparent reason "reload." The "in" appears in the middle of the screen for a few seconds and then back to the freehand, in a loop. Freehands work fine on my laptop on the website. What is going on with the app? I have the most up to date app, I think. And it's a brand new ipad! Thank you, Kristin
