Cannot Configure InVision Jira Plug-In

I am trying to limit the InVision Plug-In to one project.  I tried following the instructions here: https://support.invisionapp.com/hc/en-us/articles/213306066-Integrating-InVision-and-Jira.  However, when I click on the Configure button, I get a blank screen.

How I can I get to the configuration screen?
