    Hello @Yasmany Cubela Medina,

    Thanks for reaching out to us and I'm sorry to hear you're not able to view your documents.
     
    It is possible that the My Documents filter is hiding these documents and we need to adjust the filter.
     
    To do so:

    1. Log into your V7 team
    2. Click on "Documents" in the left panel
    3. Change the date range from "Active last 3 months" to "All time" (shown in image below)


    Are you able to view your documents after changing this toggle?
