Text Editor to allow rogue numbering

Hi I am trying to create a user journey map for a process. I would like freehand to allow for the proper formatting when I want to number how I would like. For example I am recreating this and freehand does not allow for me to make a separate text box 3. every time I type it, it reverts to 1. some text the only workaround is to not put space (i.e. 3.text) which reads weirdly.
