Subject: Reporting an Error with Envision Freehand - Inconsistency in Toolbar
Dear Envision Freehand Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an error that I encountered while using your Envision Freehand software. I have noticed an inconsistency in the appearance of the toolbar in my freehand tool as compared to the one in your tutorials and help screens.
When I use the freehand feature, the toolbar does not display the same options or layout as shown in your instructional material. This discrepancy has made it difficult for me to follow along with the tutorials and fully utilize the software.
In order to help you better understand and diagnose the issue, I have provided the following information:
- Envision Freehand version:
- Operating System: Windows 11 Home
- Device: ntel(R) Core(TM) i7-10750H CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz
- Screenshot of my toolbar:
- Screenshot of the tutorial/help screen toolbar:
I kindly request that you look into this matter and provide guidance on how to resolve the discrepancy between the toolbars. If you require any additional information or clarification, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to your prompt response.
Best regards,
Digital INflux

Hi Darshan,
Thank you very much for reaching out to us with your query, I would be very happy to provide you with some assistance here.
Firstly, looking at the screenshots provided, I can see that you are using Freehand in a V6 account; this would explain why your UI is not showing as expected. Currently, all of our new features and improved UI are only available in our V7 accounts.
However, I have since checked your account for you, and I can see that you have already created a brand new V7 team and successfully created a Freehand document; so you should now have access to all of our new Freehand features!
If you are unsure of how to switch between your V6 and V7 account, you can refer to this help document for further guidance.
I hope you enjoy using Freehand! If you have any further questions, please feel free to let us know!
Thanks,
Amie
