    Hi @Tobbe,

Thanks for reaching out to us in Community regarding the cookie issue you are encountering between Jira and the InVision Plugin.

Can you please provide more information related to what Browser and Browser version you are using, as well as what version of Jira you are on?

    Thank you,
    Mark

    We use Edge v 113.1774.50

    Chrome - latest version

    Jira v8.12.1

Problem seems to reappear even when using inPrivate window.

    Hi @Tobbe,

Thank you for getting back to us on this.

Could you kindly advise if you notice any improvements by updating your Jira to latest version?

Then if you could sign out and sign back in to see if this helps to improve your experience?

If you don't see any improvement, please let us know here and we will create a ticket with our support team to investigate into this further for you.

    Thanks,

    Amie

    Hi @BrantleyOrion,

Thanks for reaching out to us in Community. It is possible that this could be related to a caching issue given clearing cookies seems to fix the issue, albeit temporarily.

For us to assist in troubleshooting this further, would it be possible to provide the following details?

    • What browser and operating system are you using?
      - For your browser, you can get these details by going to http://www.whatsmybrowser.org/, clicking “Copy”, and pasting the link it gives you here.
      - For your operating system, please take a screenshot of your About Mac and paste it here.
    • Do you know if any of your colleagues are also affected?

    Thank you,
    Mark
