We’ve recently announced how we plan to prioritize and implement your feature request ideas based on usefulness to a larger audience base and the feasibility of integrating them into the existing products.
To take progressive next steps, we are introducing a dedicated Feature Requests sub-forum to capture all your feedback and elevate it to the product management team for actionable steps.
How will the feature help your workflow?
Describe why you want the feature, the problem you're currently hitting and how this new feature would solve that problem. Before working on a feature, the product team will need to understand how your idea fits in, and may even come up with a better way of solving your problem. We have some pro tips shared below for effective documentation:
- Topic Selection: Make sure to submit all your ideas under the "Feature Requests" sub-forum.
- Provide context: Tell us about your current experience with the existing feature or products that you want to improve.
- Offer additional specifics: Let us know what you want to change and be specific, as feature requests require some storytelling in order to effectively share your vision.
- Describe the impact: How would the implementation of the feature request affect your user experience and the overall community?
That raises the next question: What about the feature requests that you might have raised in the past?

Feature Request Format
Within the Feature Requests sub-forum, click on the "Post to forum" button on the right and select the topic "Feature Requests" from the list.
Considering the uncertainty and complexity of all the feature requests, it is required to maintain a particular format that can help engineering teams consume your content seamlessly.

- Screenshots (if any)
Also, as all the details your post includes will be available publicly, please avoid mentioning any sensitive or potentially confidential specifics.

Feature requests can be submitted to the software developer or to the customer service team of the software. If you have an idea of rice purity test for a feature or an improvement to an existing feature, you can contact the software developer directly, or you can submit your request through the customer service team. Depending on the software or application, you may also be able to submit your feature request through a designated online form or website.
