InVision Code from Program

Hello all,

My CoFounder and I have a Invision Pro Starter Code for 1 year from an outside program. However we have checked all over the InVision site and cannot find anywhere to enter said code. We have opened a ticket and haven't received any response in the past 3 days. Is there an obvious place to input this code that we are missing? Thanks in advance!
