Ability to insert a screenshot using Ctrl-V

It would be a great addition to Freehand. 
In my case, I need to take a screenshot of my screen and add it to the diagram. Now, I have to save a jpg and perform multiple steps to add to the Freehand project. It would be far more productive to use Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V. 
I used it extensively in Figma.
